WLC Memory

I have couple of WLCs in my network (4400). They all have pretty high memory, 60 - 67 % while CPU is ok.

Is it normal for the memory ? What wireless controller process in memory due to which it is too high.

Thanks for the help !!

That's absolutely normal.

I have a WLC 4400 with no AP connected to it and it's currently humming away at 60%.

"show process memory" shows you the consumption of memory per process on the WLC.

60% is ok. keep an eye if it keep on increasing then you could be facing some memory leak bug on one of the processes and for that you need to ensure you are running latest releases 6.0 or 7.0
