WLC not able to take GUI from other vlans

Hello all,

I am trying to connect to wlc gui which is on vlan 20 from user vlan 25. I could get ping replies and tracert reaching the wlc but not able to get the https on browser working. We dont have ACLs on layer 2 in vlans. There is a port channel connecting core switch to wlc , have allowed vlan 25 in it. What else should i do to access it via https on browser from user vlan 25. Also https is enabled in wlc. 

However i could login to https from other branchoffices and their branchoffice vlans , vpns etc. The issue is not able to connect gui from same office from user vlan 25.

what WLC Controller ?  what is the message you get when you acess https://wlcip ?

Are you trying to access WLC management when your device is connected to wireless? If yes you need to enable management over wireless.

CLI - wireless mgmt-via-wireless

If 9800 - Check whether any ACL's attached HTTP server. You can post "sh run | s http"

If AireOS - Check CPU ACL.

If there is a firewall on the path betwenn VLAN 20 and VLAN25 check whether the firewall rules are there to allow the communication
