WLC not working

After our company's power outage, our air-ct2504-k9 WLC is not working. APs are flashing and not turning on at all. The same WLC we have but with less users is working fine, but I don't understand why the WLC with more users is not working. This low-end WLC does not fully meet the needs of our company. How to fix this please?

Time and date of the controller is incorrect.  Configure NTP and the APs will join.

                - Attach a console to the WLC and scrutinize  the boot process .
