I have a WLC 2106 which is configured and working as follows:
Site A:
Network: 10.0.0.0/22
3 AP's configured
Radius authentication configured on local server
DHCP handed to clients via local server
Site B:
Network: 10.0.28.0/22
Radius authentication configured on local server
1 AP connected. I have created a new WLAN for this AP
My question is how do i get the AP at Site B to use the local server (10.0.28.x) to hand out DHCP leases?
Thanks

You would need to configure the AP at site B to be in HREAP/FlexConnect mode.

Thanks for the reply.
Once i have changed the AP mode to HREAP, do i need to use the DHCP override option or create a new interface to point it to the DHCP server at Site B?
Thanks

Once you change any APs from local to h-reap, you need to define the WLAN to vlan mapping. This is done by clicking on the ap and clicking again on the h-reap/FlexConnect tab. There you will set the nativ vlan and hit apply and go back to that page and click on vlan mapping. You need to set your WLAN to local switching also. All this is documented in the h-reap or FlexConnect deployment guide.
