WLC - QoS Roles for Guest Users - Upload Rate

Dears

I am implementing WLC and also Guest users access... so far so good...

I have tested QoS Roles for Guest users, configured 128K for each users... so far so good...

But when testing I see that UPLOAD rate is unlimited for them...

Can I only limit Download ? how about Upload ??

WLC v7.3.x has support for both upload and download.
