WLC Registered

I have two Wireless LAN controller en the Networks. One WLC is in the building A and the second WLC is in the building B. The access points installed in the Building A, are registered in the Wireless LAN Controller A, this controller is configured as the primary WLC. The problem is that the access points are registered in the WLCA but sometimes the APS goint to registered to WLCB, the access point remains registered in the WLCB around 10 - 15 seconds, and the access go back to WLCA.

I enter ping command to IP Address Managment of the WLCA, and no paquet loss are showed in the output of the ping command.

So, but Why the access point going to WLCB ?

I have captured the messages in a LAP, this output is available in the attachment file.

The timers in the Wireless LAN Controller A,are as following:

Authentication Response Timeout (seconds)........ 10

Rogue Entry Timeout (seconds).................... 1200

AP Heart Beat Timeout (seconds).................. 30

AP Discovery Timeout (seconds)................... 10

AP Local mode Fast Heartbeat (seconds)........... disable

AP Hreap mode Fast Heartbeat (seconds)........... disable

AP Primary Discovery Timeout (seconds)........... 360

I'm suspecting it's because you did not configure the Primary/Secondary/Tertiary Controllers.

For WLC firmware is 3.X or 4.X, look at Using the CLI to Configure Backup Controllers

I have configured the APs with the primary and secondary WLCs.

My doubt is but Why the APS lost the communication whit the WLCA ... and I never lost the conectivity to WLCA (ping to Managment WLC) ...

Maybe WLCA has reached it's number of APs it is capable of supporting. How many APs can WLCA support and how many has currently joined to it?

The WLCA support 100 access points, and a total of 10 LAP are deployments.

The great doubt is:

Why the Access points randomly is registered in the controller B, if the connectivity to the controller A is never lost? and the access point go back to the WLCA in 10 - 15 seconds?
