WLC rejecting capwap different AP

iam using Cisco 5520, all the outdoor APs has stopped joining to the controller. Controller is showing an error below;

Lwapp discovery request rejected. Discovery request received from different AP

why is WLC rejecting already joined APs. We even tried changing IP of the APs.

What code is the WLC running on?

is this ever worked, or working one failing ?

connect to AP console check the Logs or post complete Logs.
