WLC sees airprint and time capsule but WiFi devices can't

Trying to narrow down possibilities for an issue with 2504 WLC and airprint/time capsule. Initially got the WLC unit in and 8.1 loaded. Discovered nobody could use airprint. Ran across a posting about cisco dropping some portion of support for bonjour in 8.1, so I rolled back to 8.0.120.

Now I can see a test printer in the domain names area of mDNS but I can't see it in the browser. IOS devices still can't see an airprint selection though.

Under 8.1 I couldn't get this printer to even show up at all so I figure this is some measure of progress.

Prior to the conversion to the WLC unit, all APs were running in auto mode and I had the avahi gateway up and running. If I query it now I can still see the HP listed but there is obviously something I'm missing with how the wlc is managing this traffic.

Any suggestions on how to continue working with this issue?

Hello,

Just wondering if you were able to fix this? I am sort of having the same issue. I can see all of the devices under the service name however, the IOS device only sees a few of them. I also installed a bonjour sniffer on the same IOS device and that sees them all as well.
