Hi Guys,
Recently I purchased AIR-WLC2112-K9, but when I logged in I saw that system shows only 6 APs supported (I made print screen in addition).
I'm running IOS v. 7.0.116.0 and I saw that there was some problems with earlier versions of IOS, but not this one.
Any suggestions?
Kind regards,

Unfortunately, you can't upgrade the support license from 6 to 12. You were sold a 2100 that only supports 6 APs.

Go to Controller > Inventory.
What is the Model number?

Hi leolaohoo,
This makes me more nervous now:
Burned-in MAC Address............................ 30:E4:DB:32:1E:00
Maximum number of APs supported.................. 6
NAME: "Chassis" , DESCR: "2100 Series WLAN Controller:6 APs"
PID: AIR-WLC2106-K9, VID: V05, SN: JMX1536414D
Kind regards,

Problem is that 2112 was purchased and serial is ok.
I'll raise case with CISCO, but thanks anyway.

How big is your network? Frankly, I will never recommend anyone purchasing a 2000/2100/2504 WLC unless it's used for lab purposes.
WLC5508 is my recommendation.
