WLC4112 bootloader iamge error

WLC 4112 bootloader image is crashed.

How can i get bootloader file and RTOS.

The primary and secondary images are corrupted and cannot bootable now.

Try to reboot the controller and press esc and choose manual upgrade and load the RTOS, Code, and bootloader files when requested for those files by the manual upgrade wizard. Contact cisco'c technical assistance for these files.
