WLC4402 - [ERROR] file_db.c 1673: Local database exceeded

Hi, we're getting the above message on the WLC when trying to add another guest user. Authentication is locally using the WLC database. I understand there is a default 512 user (MAC?) limit and we're looking into changing that to 1024 (reboot will be required so planned outage needed)- does this look like it could be the problem?

Guest (lobby) users have been added but we can't find a way toremove/purge old MAC addresses - is there a way to do this or see the MAC/user database?

I would suggest you go into Security > AAA > General & increase the number to the maximum (which is model-dependent).

yeah we changed the max users to 1024 and reloaded the WLC last weekend which fixed the initial problem but we still want to know if its possible purge MAC addresses from the database. Is there any way to see the MAC entries in the database that have are in use with the Lobby accounts?
