WLC5520 is going to unknown devices on prime.

Hi All,

I have a WLC software version 8.2.141.0 and Prime version 2.1.0.0.87. when i am adding the controller it isgoing to unknow device. it is reachebility status is showing rerachable , inventory status detail is showing colletion completed successfully. one WLC is already added in prime

it is not showing in contollers.

Please help

Hi,

WLC model 5520 is not supported on PI 2.1 version. Please plan for an upgrade to 3.0/3.1/3.2 version depending on the requirement.
