Hi Rasika,
Thanks for your attention, I was out that's why the delay in response.
Another thing that I'm noting now is that the WLC is rebooting constantly, without a known reason

Not sure what IOS-XE code you are running. I am running a 5760 on IOS-XE 3.6.1E (more than 6 months) & did not have any reboot issue.
If you willing to do an upgrade I would suggest to move this code & let's see. We need to fix one issue at a time (I think rebooting WLC is more critical)

I've installed the version that you have mentioned and I'll wait to see if the same issue will rise again.

Hi Rasika,
I've installed the new version, now I'm with
Switch Ports Model SW Version SW Image Mode
------ ----- ----- ---------- ---------- ----
* 1 6 AIR-CT5760 03.06.01E ct5760-ipservicesk9 INSTALL
and with this version I'm still having the reboot issue,
where should I go from now?
Best regards,

Open a TAC case. My peer mentioned to me that two of his clients had the same issue and had the unit RMA'd.

BPDU guard???? If you have BPDU Guard you've got a lot of problems!
Port error-disable due BPDU Guard needs to be investigated as this is a Layer 1 issue. Whenever I have a BPDU Guard fault on a fibre optic link, it means there is a potential threat that you've got a faulty fibre optic point-to-point link.
Treat BPDU Guard as a friend and not an enemy. In medium- to large-scale deployment, BPDU Guard can be a saviour from network from crashing.
Let's get down to business.
Error is telling us that both TenGigEthernet interface had BPDU guard error. What I'd like to know is this: Is BPDU Guard (aggressive) enabled at BOTH SIDES? The most common cause of this error is when BPDU Guard is enabled on one side but not on the remote end switch.

Hi Alcides,
are these AP's rebooting randomly or do they have a pattern?
figure out one AP which is doing this and if it is quite often, telnet to the ap, enable
"debug capwap client events"
"debug capwap client error"
once the ap comes back up again, telnet back again, and do a sh logging on the ap. that should give you an idea of why the ap rebooted.
