WLC5760 web redirect

Can I config webauthe redirect without https

I try to config for force to http://1.1.1.1

but It still redirect to https://1.1.1.1

Here is CLI

parameter-map type webauth global
 type webauth
 virtual-ip ipv4 1.1.1.1
 redirect for-login http://1.1.1.1
 redirect on-success http://www.bu.ac.th
 custom-page login device flash:login.html
