Hi,

Do I need to specify WLSE IP address on all the APs to be managed by it?? Or only on the WDS (primary and backup) ??

You only need to do this on the WDS. I use a spare AP for WDS so for the primary I have this...

wlccp wds priority 255 interface BVI1

wlccp wnm ip address 10.10.10.1

.. and on the secondary....

wlccp wds priority 254 interface BVI1

wlccp wnm ip address 10.10.10.1

... with the WLSE address being 10.10.10.1 in this example.

The flow is all AP's report to the WDS, and then the WDS reports to WLSE.
