fi you are using a Cisco wireless client card, then in the ACU utility, Profile manager you can add the MAC address of the AP you would like to connect and it will connect to that particular AP.
Aslo if its not moving and the jumps between different APs, try to increase the number of Retry values. ( I think the default is 16 or 32).
