WPA PSK Authentication issue, keep directed to captive portal

Hi all,

I having issue as initially the setup was working fine until customer reported to me that users was prompt "Allow CaptivePortalLogin" to access photos.........etc?. So i suspected users was get directly to captive portal. However the SSID was only WPA2 and PSK authentication which not suppose to direct to captive portal right.

Please check and see if the authentication method for captive portal login is setup correctly or not. Moreover, kindly check and see the session time out for captive portal login. Basically captive portal has nothing to do with WPA2 and PSK as they are for successfully connecting to wifi.
