Can i convert X region Access Points into autonomous mode? Are there any limitations?

You can convert any lightweight to autonomous and vice versa. Just follow the guides and there are many out there. You do need to prime the UX AP in order to set a regulatory domain.

You mean convert lightweight to autonomous mode? You can convert lightweight AP's to autonomous and vice versa.

You can't change the regulatory domain of an AP unless it's a UX model.

Yeah right. It is a lightweight 2702I-X- so i was wondering i can turn that into autonomous.
So it does not depend. i can convert any lightweight AP (X or pre-branded regulatory domain APs) into autonomous mode?
