ABF-OT default hop

Hi,

I am implementing VRF aware ABF, so far the configuration used in the ASR9Ks is working but I need implement a new clausule to bypass all traffic that do not match previous ones, I thinking about using a basic permit any any but the problem is that we dont know if it would work because they use VRF-Lite on the routers, with that statement is the next-hop looked in the routing table of the VRF assigned to the interface even if we dont specify that on the clausule?

Best regards

ABF is really an access-list.

so if the packet doesn't match any of the ACE's it is default dropped.

If you want to allow it, you need the permit statement.

IF you want to redirect it, you need to specify the next hop and if hte table is omitted, the default/global RT is selected.

the next hop default option is not supported for the 9k (and will be removed as it caused confusion) which meant to make the system look for the default route to follow, but that type of recusion is not supported in 9k).
