hi Shusong,
release 4.1.2 has reached the end of support long time ago. Why don't you work with your customer on a migration to release 5.3.4? This is the most recent Extended Maintenance Release that we strongly suggest for all asr9k deployments. It is also the last release where Trident line cards and RSP-4G/8G are supported.

Hi Shusong,
it does.
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:XXXX(config-eigrp-af-if)#bfd ?
fast-detect Enable BFD fast detection
minimum-interval BFD minimum-interval configuration
multiplier BFD multiplier configuration
This can always be checked in the config guide.
