ASA 5505 software questions

I had a couple of questions regarding the following two downloads for a ASA 5505;

Are these items IOS images & a GUI management software? I note that the device can be configured via the device own webpage during initial configuration. My client has no idea what their password is on their device and I wish or hope to maintain the any ACL they may have on the device, which I am doubting I'll be able to do as its looking like a reset. I had not had chance yet to see if the ASA web based administration is up an running yet or if I be stuck using the CLI.

Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Device Manager   &

Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software

The client is switching to a new ISP and I wanted to keep the device when I transition. I just want to get into the device and edit the private side IP info on the ASA as I am going to keep their internet ip scheme to minimize the changes to it.

 For CLI access try to do SSH or telnet

The login password is used for Telnet and SSH connections. By default, the login password is "cisco." To change the password, enter the following command:

If you want to break the password using below steps ( ensure your running configuration is saved into memory )
