Can anyone offer any advice... Is this a setting in ROMMON?
We have received a small shipment of 8Gb RSP's...I am trying to individually synchronize the new RSP with one with the correct software and service pack. The active is a 4Gb model (has memory issues), whereas the new standby RSP's are 8Gb.
Everything looks fine when i look at show redudancy and platform information, in fact it seems they have copied software across, except on one occasion, one RSP when i issued a repart -s, the partition/format finished instantly ; it normally takes about 2-3 hours??!!
I have also noticed on one occassion both were in standby sync and in the logs i can see mirroring 'flaps' which is different to what i can see on our other ASR's:-
