ASR SMUs installation error during installation of 7.9.21

hello experts 
i am performing the software upgrade on ASR9904 using usb-boot method after the installation I try to install few SMUs that failed as following:

the error message says whay you need to do:

you need to install the following component:

>> asr9k-common-pd-fib-64 of version = 1.0.0.1 which is not present in the system

inside the ASR9K-x64-iosxr-px-k9-7.9.21.tar file I could not find the asr9k-common-pd-fib-64 package file and after installing the ASR9K-x64-iosxr-px-k9-7.9.21.tar file I have only below packages available those required to activate.

SMU CSCwi01353 is a pre-requisite.

Thanks some of the SMUs are installed after installing the  CSCwi01353 but some of them are having still issues to activate

The tar file with the SMU itself should have a readme file with the requirements.

For the first one:
Pre-requisite:
asr9k-x64-7.9.21.CSCwj33769
asr9k-x64-7.9.21.CSCwi01353

For the second:
Pre-requisite:
asr9k-x64-7.9.21.CSCwj33769
asr9k-x64-7.9.21.CSCwi01353

So same pre-requisites.
