ASR9000 l2transport egress load balancing

Hi,

I want to know how are the EFPs load balanced in the egress direction inside the etherchannel. The port-channel contains the service instances.

For Example: If there are 4 member links inside the port-channel and 3 service-instances. For the egress traffic I see 3 EFPs are tagged to three individual member links(meaning the first EFP tags to the first member link, the second EFP tags to the second member link and the third EFP tags to the third member link) and the fourth one is not used. Is it possible for a single EFP to be tagged to multiple member links(egress direction). Coz I know other way round is possible where multiple service instances(EFP) can be tagged to a single member link.

Best Regards

Saikat
