ASR9K MOD80 Line Card cannot establish MPLS LDP neighbor

Our A9K have MODE80 Card(insert daughter Card A9K-MPA-4X10GE） and A9K-8T-L LC,  We configure mpls ldp on these Line cards ,but only interface of A9K-8T-L can be establish mpls ldp neighbor, we don't get any mpls ldp info from MODE80 and its daughter.

I guess it's a license issue. Could you help me confirm it. 

1.Whether A9K-8T-L don't need license and MODE80 need install license to make mpls ldp work?

2.what are license type and license feature for MODE80?

Hi,

a license is not required for ldp neighborship.

we can check the basics first

show mpls ldp interface brief  << check to see if your interface is enabled

show mpls ldp discovery << check to see if we are sending and receiving hellos from peer (xmit/recv)

First of all, the ldp of the interface must be turned on. I tried to check the discovery command, but unfortunately there is no information, as if the mode80 interface did not send ldp hello. Once I switched the configuration to the A9K-8T-L line card interface, the ldp neighbors soon got up
