Hello,
I've seen that to be able to change PEM on a 9010 ASR.
My customer has ordered a 9010 with a DC PEM, and he has no option for DC power in its datacenter. I wonder if I can buy a AC PEM, boot the 9010 with the AC PEM and change the EEPROM after that (doing run / pwrmod_change) or it won't just boot ?
Thanks!

You can change the power type from AC to DC or vice versa with the script, but essentially you have to run the script, then power down the chassis, do the switch, and power back up and the eeprom will be reimaged properly and read the power supplies.
I have not seen anyone do the change before reprogramming eeprom and I can't recommend do it that way as I think it will cause problems.

Hello
I know there is no support for mixing AC and DC power module, but if I have chassis ASR9010 where have 2 PEMs, why don't support mixing AC PEM + DC PEM ? I believe power output from PEM to BUS is the same
