Hi Hero’s
We receive an brand new ASR9904, so I would like to download the Software “Individually-Installable Optional Packages” on the cisco download website (CCO), but I just can find the “normal” 32-bit files.
Where can I get the 64-bit packages?

For 6.4.2 , can you please give it a try to https://software.cisco.com/download/home/282267600 and scroll down to 9922 and its SW and you will find 64BIT XR SW there.
I will work with the owners internally to get this fixed.

Are you looking for XR 64-bit packages for release 6.4.1? I couldn't find the XR 64-bit packages either. However, they are available to download with Cisco Software Manager.
Will you consider to deploy Cisco Software Manager? The tool can be downloaded from CCO. OVA is also available for deployment.

Thanks for your fast replay. We have not planned to use the Cisco Software Manager so far.
As you have recommended, I can see for the version 6.4.2 the XR 64-bit packages are available under the 9922 model, but can I use those packages for the 9904? For the version 6.4.1 I don't see the packages?

ASR9000 images are not HW dependent. As long as the chassis and the RP/RSP model are supported in given release and OS flavour (32-bit vs 64-bit), you can use that image on your asr9000 flavour.
