I am trying to update the firmware from the 8.4(2b) to 9.2(1a) but I am getting the error .Pre-Upgrade check failed. Return code 0x40930011 (Image verification failed).
I seen articles but it is related to ox or the flash memory .I have verified the OS MD5 checksum and it is fine . cloud you please help to resolve this to upgrade the firmware
