Cisco Software Manager (CSM) 4.2.5 on Centos 7.8

Hi,

I accidentally hit "yum update" on my Centos running CSM 4.2.5 and after that, CSM does not run. It seems that there's a problem with some python in csm-server, but I do not know python nor docker to provide more details.

Centos downgrading is generally not recommended, so is there any other solution than reinstall the host OS from scratch?

Thanks :)

Its not recomended to upgrade the OS by it self, you need upgrade along with CSM upgrade process for get new updates.

Do you have backup of the config to restore ? if you have contract contact Cisco TAC for quick fix if any.
