I found buffer log on ios-xr

%EE48-3-QM_SANITY_WARNING: Few free buffers(60) are available in FrFab FreeQ pool# 3

This log are generated when high input traffic and I saw incresing of ignored counter.

I think that have a problem with buffer issue because I type command execute-on slot 0 show controller frfab QM stat

I found incresing of no mem drop

Router#execute-on slot 0 show controller frfab QM stat

========= Line Card (Slot 0) =========

1026160445 no mem drop, 0 soft drop, 0 bump count

0 rawq (High Priority) drops, 0 rawq (Medium Priority) drops, 0 rawq (Low Priority) drops

0 no memory (ns), 0 no memory hwm (ns)

2 unmapped queue enqueues

Global RED Drops

drop-set-0: 0 red drops, 42 force drops

drop-set-1: 0 red drops, 34 force drops

drop-set-2: 1347756 red drops, 686320112 force drops

no free queue

What the meaning of log error and solution?

This looks more like IOS (execute-on is typically IOS) than IOS-XR.

Your FrFab (from fabric) buffer pool is exhausted.  There could be multiple factors causing this, including excessive small towards a destination reachable via the affected LC causing a particular interface to be congested.

'execute-on slot 0 show controller frfab queue' should tells us a bit more about the pools being exhausted., and maybe from which linecard that traffic is coming.  Check traffic and maybe adjust tx-queue of affected outgoing interface(s) to prevent it from starving the frfab buffers.
