i have Cisco 7206VXR NPE-G2 and ASR1002 working as LNS connected to Radius
i need to use CoA or PoD to change the speed per l2tp user that i can do the following :
1. change the internet speed for ADSL customers during the day without hard disconnect
2. exclude my local servers IPs from accounting packet and not measured its traffic in radius
what is the configuration must be write
i use policy-map for limit speed
