How can I change the load sharing algoritham to per-packet in 12000 GSR IOS XR 4.0.1

Hi Arun,
There is no option to have load sharing into per packet in XR12k. It is a bad idea to have per-packet load sharing as it can cause out of order issue, and voice technology will be affected at most. By default it is based on L3 information, and can be configured based on L4 info.

The following example shows how to configure Layer 3 and Layer 4 load-balancing for the hash algorithm from the cef load-balancing fields command:
RP/0/0/CPU0:router# cef load balacing fields
The following example shows sample output that displays summary information for all locations from the show cef summary command:
RP/0/0/CPU0:router# show cef load-balancing location all
