Our RP has performed an active/standby switchover

This is our BRAS device, the chassis is ASR9010, and the engine is RSP440-SE

I want to know what is the cause of this problem?

Some processes have a maximum allowed number of resets. Once we exceed this we will reload the card as a defensive measure. What triggered the process crashes/ restarts? Was it process crashes? We can look in "dir harddisk:/dumper" for each rp. These would then have to be decoded by a Cisco employee.

Thanks,
Sam
