Hi

Just Asking if this is correlating to a  special Pie that should/need not to be active if not using G.709 support

Package A9K-ADV-OPTIC-LIC activated without a valid license/ valid configuration is filling up the log file on the ASR 9k

I am   running version 4.0.3 and want to use MPLS and that we have purchased a license for

Regards

Hi,

an optic pie is not needed if you don't use G709 and/or FEC. The optic pie has a Package Based license hence the log messages.
