I have been working with XRv 5.1.1 runining in virtualbox which is running in GNS3.
I would like to have more than 8 interfaces which is the max for the PIIX3 chipset.
When I change it to ICH9 (supports 36 NICs), none of my interfaces work! They can ping themselves, but not the other end. I know XRv can support up to 128 interfaces.
I have deleted/reconnected the cable - which usually works, but it doesn't.
Anyone have success?
PS - has anyone tested IPSLA. I have never set it up in XR before, but I followed the Cisco documentation and it isn't running. I can do it with the regular IOS in GNS3. It isn't exactly the same in XR, but close enough that I want to rule out operator error - but haven't ruled it out yet.
