Have a quick question as I haven't had a chance to play with any of these yet. Customer has a 24 hour service desk with agents hot-desking
They would like to get these headsets and base station but would like to leave the same base station connected but have each agent with their own headset (Covid). I see the multibase can take 4 x separate bluetooth connections but can it have multiple Cisco 560 headsets paired ?
....or how simple is the pairing process in reality for end users?
