When one buys a CISCO CS-CAM-PTZ4K= Camera, does the serial number on the box and on the back of the camera match the serial number found on the inside of the camera?

Just did one today... The webex room kit pro thought the device serial was the MAC address for the device. I then entered that into the Camera -> AssignedSerialNumber field for the camera. Generally this requires a restart of the codec in order for the device to start properly doing camera control of the Sony built Cisco 4K-PTZ (Sony EVI-X200C). 

One thing I can't get working is the new Frames option in Room OS 11 to work with these 4K-PTZ cameras.

Frames doesn't work on a PTZ-4K.  It's only supported on the QuadCam and SpeakerTrack60.  See the "Set up automatic framing features" section of the RoomOS 11 Admin Guide
