Can't copy CSS software from FTP server

Hi

I'm not able copy the CSS software from the FTP server.  Here is the error log

%% Credentials not accepted

I'm 100% sure the username and password for FTP is correct.

Hi Eric,

try to FTP to the CSS using command prompt:

Upload the code to the CSS

1)ftp to the VLAN ip address or management port

2)login with the username/password that is used for console/telnet/ssh

access

3)type 'bin'

4)type 'hash'

5)type 'put' 'sg0820201.adi-gz' ../sg0820201.adi-gz' (make sure you have the dot,dot forward slash ../)

Preparing the code on the CSS

1)Telnet/SSH to the Arrowpoint box

2)show installed-software

6)type 'config'

7)type 'boot'

8)type 'unpack sg0820201.adi-gz'

9)type 'primary boot-file sg0820201'

10)type 'reboot'
