Jabber SDK add on - Connection with add on has been lost

Hi,

I am trying to integrate jabber SDK with my application.

I have installed both Jabber Sdk browser add on (version 11.8) as well as Cisco Web Communicator extension(version 11.8) for Chrome.

I am running the application on a remote server on windows 10 (64 bit).

When I am trying to login in to the SDK, I am getting the error: Connection with add on has been lost.

Attached is the console log from chrome.

Can someone please help me in resolving this issue?

This is resolved,

The add on was installed for admin user only and this is why when I ( a guest user) was trying to login, chrome was unable to find the add on. I installed the add on for guest user as well and it started working.
