Hi,

Can I turn on preview camera for client(I want see me and agent) ? Like this in Jabber Geust, it is available ?

Hi Lukasz,

This is not possible with the Expert Assist SDK but it will be possible in REM 11.5 if you use the REM Advanced CSDK for the Voice and Video side of the call and Expert Assist for the co-browse only.

I believe REM 11 is due out some time in June.
