I am working on CCX outbound campaign management.I am focusing on Agent base direct privew campaign. I come across with a very strange behavior.
If first time i import the number , call went very well. and every thing goes fine. but if i import the same number in the same campaign again it didn't import into the CCX. I don't know why it is not importing the same number again into the same campaign.
Does anybody has any idea about this.
