Dear All,
I am not sure about this is correct forum for this query.
All of us know that CTIManager sends information about CTI events.
I want to change behavior of CTIManager so that CTIManager can send information about particular events only.
Can we do that?
Please help me about it.

Can you explain what events you want to receive and the events that you don't want to receive?

Dear @Mohan,
My requirement is to monitor entire Cisco UCM cluster for some events.
I am planning to do this by using JTAPI with super provider feature so that I can monitor any terminal/address from cluster.
I want to configure Cisco CTI Manager so that CTI Manager can send information about particular events e.g. Calling or Disconnected only to save bandwidth.
Please guide me whether we can configure CTI Manager or not for above mentioned requirement.
Also update me that using JTAPI with super provider feature we can monitor entire cluster or not?
Is there any other API by which we can monitor entire cluster?
Kindly waiting for your reply.

Ashish,
You can use 'super provider' configuration to monitor the call activity on all the phones in the cluster. Depending on the number of phones you have to look into CTI scalability numbers and design the app to operate within the limits.
JTAPI interface doesn't have any filter for the events but application can choose to use the events it needs and ignore others.

You can't stop all events and get single one but you can implement interfaces as per ur feature requirements.

Umesh
