Being new to Communities I posted the following question in 'Developer'. I got a reply referring me to here. I think it odd I get an answer here, but hey one never knows until one tries...
I have been doing some tcl/expect scripting and came across a thought. That thought is whether there is a web call that can be done to find the cisco recommended ios version for a particular switch/router platform.
Does anyone know whether this is possible?
All feedback gratefully received.
Kind regards,

Hi John,
It is not possible with UCXSI, UCXSI API is to develop applications to monitor and control any SCCP device registered in Cisco Unified CME.
Thanks,
Raghavendra
