Dear,
A CTI User can monitor CTI enabled terminals/addresses which are registered under that user.
A super provider can monitor any CTI enabled terminals/addresses under particular CUCM.
Can we get information about users or super providers which are connected to CUCM at given time?
Also, I need information about CTI enabled terminals/addresses each user/super provider is monitoring.
What is the limit of devices each CTI application can monitor?
For example:
Suppose 5000 is limit of monitoring devices.
So each CTI application can monitor 5000 devices at a given time or its number of devices which are monitored by all users.
I mean to say if 5000 is limit for example and one user is monitoring 3000 of it other one is monitoring 4000.
This is applicable or number of devices monitored by all the users has to be 5000 sharp.
Please update me.
Kindly waiting for your reply.

Hi Ashish,
You will not get information of other providers.
For JTAPI device limit, please go through the respective CUCM release notes. Limit means for a single provider.

Dear Umesh,
Thanks!!!
As you said Limit means for a single provider. So if I am using same provider from different machines, in that case Limit is applicable or not.
Also this limit is for normal provider only or for super provider also.

Ashish,
Please download your version of(based on ur CUCM) Unified CM 8.6.x CTI Improvements.pptx file. Single provider means one connection.
I never prefer super provider. I assign groups/roles to CUCM app user as per app requirements.

Umesh
