Help me please to choose between different ways of integration with UCCX/UCCE for 3rd party call control features.
I'm developing a Windows-application (WPF-based) and want to add 3rd party call control features to it. The App should be capable to control the calls placed in UCCX as well as UCCE starting from 9.5 versions.
Now I'm in doubt which way (TSAPI or JTAPI or maybe something else) to prefer. On the one hand TAPI is easiest way for me, on the other I'm afraid that there will be some limitations now or in future if I prefer TAPI, cause JTAPI seems more popular.
What could you recommend or what would you prefer in this situation?
