Can you confirm what models are “wave 1” access points please? the defect is "cryptic" and does not identify which model's of access points are affected. Is this identified somewhere else?

I found the following bug but not understanding what it takes to implement the fix. Is this something that TAC as access to or will simple admin access to the CLI be enough? Would appreciate more elaboration on the steps to accomplish this as well.
