Release notes missing

I was just preparing to do a fresh installation of the 2.3 release when I noticed the release notes went missing.

The version in the release notes overview is also empty.

I don't know if it's by error of if someone made a typo that has to be fixed .

Hi Niels,

Yes, we are having a problem with the doc publishing system we use.  The team are working on it, but it may be another day or two yet.  My apologies for the inconvenience.
