I need your support to know if i can to bridge L2 VLAN with L2 Sub-interface in the same device C9500-48Y4C

what is the use case here, can you give some example what you looking achieve? (there may be other way around to fix the issue depends on the requirement)

check the guide lines and limitation of bridging :

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst9500/software/release/17-6/configuration_guide/vlan/b_176_vlan_9500_cg/configuring_layer_3_subinterfaces.html

check some new added on 17.13 :

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst9500/software/release/17-13/configuration_guide/lyr2/b_1713_lyr2_9500_cg/configuring_ieee_802_1q_tunneling.html

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

my device B is connected to Customer Devices A and C ... B connected with A through portswitch port type ( trunk )

B connected with C through no switchport port type (Sub-interfaces)

now how can i pass any VLAN from A to C through B ?

You will need to convert the routed port to a switched port. I don't believe that there is any (sensible) way to achieve L2 bridging through a L3 interface.
