C2960S provisioning /DNA Center

Hello evrybody ,

i want provisioning  a switch C2960S but i get an error message :

"File transfer using HTTPS and SCP failed
Expected : Device need to have https/scp reachability to Controller
Action : Verify HTTPS/SCP configurations, DNAC certificates on device and protocol reachability"

Did you verify if the https service is available in your device? you need to have this command in your switch: ip http secure-server

I hadn't see the image attached until now. Do you create the Loopback 0 in your device (this is mandatory)? which SDM profile are you using in the switch?

i don't have a loopback interface on my device , it use a default SDM profile

as you can see here:

The Catalyst 2960-S is not supported in any way by DNA-Center.

I don't think that device is supported for provisioning through DNAC.

what you can do is discover this device or add it manually, which i believe you have already done, then assign it to a site and you can get assurance data on this device and look at device 360.

this might give you some valuable information about the device like overall health score, CPU, memory, physical neighbor topology, path trace, uptime etc.

Cisco 2960-S is not supported by DNAC. Please refer the attached DNAC supported device list.
