Hi Colleagues
Has anyone managed to get the AI Analytics working after running into this bug? I am not able to log a TAC for this since our is past LDoS.
This product is past Last Day of Support date (2025-03-31).
Also, we are running latest version of Catalyst Center.

As the bug-id states there is no workaround for this issue currently. You'll either have to be patient and hope that they will add a non-privileged way to resolve this issue, or you'll have to replace your appliance(s).

So that's the solution, that there's a bug that hasn't been fixed that hinders a massive capability?

The fix will be available in 2.3.7.9 which be available to upgrade soon.

@grobler.a how are you past LDoS? What version are you currently running?

@maflesch We are running 2.3.7.7 but on a first generation appliance - DN1-HW-APL. I have in the mean while decided to move it to ESXi.
